Q) How can I order on your website?

1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.

2) Click on the Cart icon from the top right corner of the page.

3) Confirm all the products with the quantities.

4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.

5) Add your address, contact number and other information required. If you are not sure about the postal code, just enter 00000.

6) Click on continue to shipping and select the standard shipping.

7) Click on continue to payment.

8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

9) You'll receive a confirmation message of the order on your contact number or the email address you have provided.

Q) What is your delivery time?
  • We at FEYRE aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days once the order is confirmed. 
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • The estimated delivery time for New Collections order is 7 to 8 working days from the order date.
  • During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
Q) What are the shipping charges?
  • Free delivery nationwide in Pakistan.
Q) Do you offer cash refunds?

No, we do not. In case of size issues or damaged product, we offer exchange or the customer will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to shop from our store now or in future.

Q) Can I exchange my outfit in case of incorrect size?

Yes. We offer exchanges for domestic orders at your door step. You can contact us for size exchange and we will send the rider with new size at your door step.
